Rotating retainer to hold doors up to 100 millimetres. This door retainer is designed to hold heavy doors, such as a shop door, a hall door or an armoured door.
It is fixed to the floor by screwing the threaded base of the stop with a screw. This makes it a strong and robust door retainer. The head of the two stops that make up the door damper have natural silicone protections to cushion the blows and not to damage the doors.
2 in 1 function. It acts as a retainer when the door is placed between the two stops, sliding the plate under the door and as a stop when the larger stop is held and the plate is retracted.

The dimensions of the retainer are as follows: 30 millimetres in height (rotating stop), 40 millimetres in height (fixed stop), 100 millimetres of retention surface and 160 millimetres in total length.
IMPORTANT: a free space of at least 5 millimetres between the floor and the door is necessary for it to perform its retention function.
How to install the door retainer:
1. Choose the place of installation and mark the location for drilling.
2. Drill the hole with a suitable tool.
3. Wipe off any remaining material with a damp cloth.
4. Insert the dowel and screw the base of the stop to the floor.
5. Install the retainer plate.
6. Screw the stop body to the base.
